Leviticus 24:19-21

19 If a man [a]injures his neighbor, just as he has done, so it shall be done to him: 20 (A)fracture for fracture, (B)eye for eye, tooth for tooth; just as he has [b]injured a man, so it shall be [c]inflicted on him. 21 Thus the one who strikes down an animal shall make restitution for it, but (C)the one who strikes down a man shall be put to death.
